We hope you love your Runners Putty, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

As Runners Putty is a personal care item, we cannot accept returns of opened or used putty for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please ensure Runners Putty meets your needs prior to purchase.


Exchanges & Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect use of the product. As personal care items cannot be resold once opened, please ensure Runners Putty is right for you before ordering.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable postal service for your peace of mind.

  2. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
